I DON'T SEE MY FAVORITE TEAM/SCHOOL. CAN YOU MAKE A POSTER?

DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER PRINT SIZES?

Currently we just offer our prints in the sizes listed. Typically these are 8x10", 12x18", 18x24" and 24x36".  Square-shaped prints come in 12x12" and 16x16" sizes.

 

DO YOU OFFER FRAMED AND CANVAS OPTIONS?

We sure do!

Framed Prints
A frame IS NOT included unless you specifically select the "framed" option. If you select the "framed" version you can expect a black wood 0.75" wide frame without a mat. Each framed print has a lightweight, acrylite, shatter resistant and optically pure front protector (like a plexiglass). Hanging hardware is included.

Canvas Prints
Canvas prints are also available for some designs. These are 1.5" deep, printed on 20.5 mil thick fade-resistant and textured canvas. They are then hand glued on solid wood stretcher bars. Mounting brackets are included and centered on the frame.

As we live in a'merca these are in inches.

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

At this time we just ship to the US. We're looking into shipping to Canada (soon) and additional markets to follow.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All prints are designed, printed on demand, and shipped from our shop in Columbus, OH. Framed and Canvas prints will ship directly from our fulfillment partner in North Carolina. Please expect 6-10 business days to receive your design.

 

HOW DO YOU PACK & SHIP THE PRINTS?

Each poster is rolled and padded in a sturdy poster tube to protect from any wear-and-tear from our buddies at USPS.  

 

WHAT PRINTING METHOD IS USED FOR THE PRINTS?

All posters are printed on demand using an Epson Stylus Pro 7900 with Epson UltraChrome HDR ink-jet technology.  The paper printed is a heavyweight stock (10.3mil thick) Epson Enhanced Matte Paper.

 

HOW DOES YOUR RETURNS PROCESS WORK?

If the poster is incorrect or damaged we'll send you a new one free of charge.  Any questions regarding returns please send your name, order number, and the reason for the return to returns@sproutjam.com and we'll dig in and do our best to make things right.
