Sproutjam is an online design shop started in 2015 and based in Boston, MA. We specialize in posters, wall art, and gifts featuring everything that makes your city, school, and neighborhood unique. We love bright colors and folks that are passionate about the cities and places that have shaped their lives.
About the Role
The Design and Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for managing production of custom print orders for Sproutjam.com. In this role you will need to update and customize designs using adobe photoshop or illustrator. Once artwork is finalized you will need to print, slice and frame (if necessary) the new artwork. Then prepare it for shipping. This is an hourly role with a flexible schedule looking to fill 10 to 20 hours a week to start. Training will be provided, but previous experience with Adobe or print fulfillment is preferred. This role is perfect for college students with a design background or those looking for part time work that have a passion for wall art.
As a Design and Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Customizing artwork
- Printing artwork and then trimming to appropriate dimensions
- Framing pieces as necessary
- Packing materials and preparing for shipment
- Communicating with customers via e-messaging
- Designing new prints
Requirements for Design and Fulfillment Specialist include:
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player and good communicator
- Experience using Adobe Photo Shop and Illustrator preferred
- Comfortable using large form printers and paper cutters
- Proficient in using computers and computer software
- Experience with and passion for customer satisfaction
